Anchorage Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 19-year-old Kealan Moses, who was reported missing Tuesday after leaving the area of his assisted living facility in Anchorage.
Police said Kealan was last seen around 12:30 p.m. on April 28 near Chena Avenue and Bunnell Street. Investigators say he walked away from the area and has not been located.
Kealan is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, about 150 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored gray, black, and red sweater, ripped blue jeans, and white socks with no shoes.
That last detail matters. Without shoes, Kealan could be vulnerable to injury, exposure, or difficulty getting around safely. Every minute counts in cases like this.
Why Sharing is Crucial
Missing person cases are often solved because someone noticed a post online, recognized a face, or remembered seeing someone in a neighborhood, store, bus stop, or park. A simple share can place Kealan’s photo and description in front of the one person who knows where he is.
Even if you are outside Anchorage, posts can travel quickly across Alaska communities and beyond. Family, friends, and officers are hoping the public can help bring Kealan home safely.

Anyone with information on Kealan Moses’ whereabouts is asked to call Anchorage Police Dispatch at 3-1-1 (option 1)or 907-786-8900 (press 0).
