The Anchorage Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 19-year-old Angel Chagluak, who was reported missing on February 25, 2026.
Police say Chagluak was last seen around 11 p.m. on February 23 near Dale Street and Tudor Road. She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last believed to be wearing a black and blue plaid jacket and black and red Jordan shoes.
APD has classified Chagluak as a vulnerable adult, noting she is mentally vulnerable. That designation raises the urgency of the search, as vulnerable individuals may be at increased risk of harm.
This is not the first time Chagluak has been reported missing. Public police alerts show she has been listed as missing at least three times since turning 18, including incidents in 2024 and twice in late 2025 and early 2026. In each of those cases, she was later located.
Anyone with information about Angel Chagluak’s whereabouts is asked to call police dispatch at 311 and reference APD Case 26-5889.
When someone is labeled vulnerable, time matters. If you’ve seen her, even briefly, make the call.
