ANCHORAGE – The search for 75-year-old Uina Sua has come to a safe conclusion.
Anchorage Police Department Dispatch confirmed on June 24 that Sua has been located and is home safe.
The original missing person alert was issued after she was reported missing June 23. Community members shared information and helped spread awareness while police worked to locate her.
Authorities have not released additional details.
Alaska Headline Living is removing identifying information from the original alert now that Sua has been found.

URGENT PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT: Missing 75-Year-Old Woman in Anchorage

Anchorage Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 75-year-old woman who went missing early Monday morning.
Uina Sua was last seen around 1:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026 near 820 W 7th Avenue in Anchorage. She has not been heard from since.
She is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, about 220 pounds, with shoulder-length gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and green jean pants.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Anchorage Police Dispatch at 311 and reference case 26-0016621.
