A little girl’s safe return is the hope of her family, friends, and a community now being asked to help.
Anchorage Police Department officers are asking for the public’s help locating 4-year-old Penelope Sanders, who was reported missing on July 9, 2026.
According to APD, Penelope was last seen or heard from on July 5, 2026. Police say she is currently in Office of Children’s Services custody and is believed to be with her mother, Sonny Crow, who officers are also trying to locate.
Penelope is described as approximately 3 feet tall, weighing about 35 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are urging anyone who may have information about Penelope’s whereabouts to contact Anchorage Police Dispatch by calling 311.
