MISSING PERSON ALERT: ROSE CLEAVER

Fairbanks police are asking for the public’s help to find Rose Cleaver, a 41 year old woman who has been reported missing, and time matters.

Police say in a Facebook post that Rose was last seen on Saturday, January 18, 2026, around 12:00 pm at the 1300 block of Kellum Street. She was reported missing by David, her boyfriend, the following evening after her family became concerned when they could not reach her.

Rose Cleaver is an Alaskan Native woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs about 220 pounds, and has a medium complexion. When she was last seen, Rose is believed to be wearing a long black trench coat, a purple hat, and possibly purple pants.
