The Doyon 26 drilling rig, known locally as “The Beast,” falls over and erupts into flames on Alaska’s North Slope. North Slope officials say four people were trapped when the massive rig collapsed, but all were rescued and no injuries have been reported.
The cause of the incident is not yet known. An investigation is expected. Stay tuned.
