  • Bridges and overpasses will freeze quicker than pavement.
Keep your lights on, leave extra distance, and consider delaying nonessential travel during the snow’s peak.

Aurora Outlook Tonight

Aurora activity looks low to moderate (Kp around 3) this evening into the night, so you might see some northern lights in darker skies if clouds break. Expect the best chance between about 9 PM and 2 AM if conditions stay clear.

💘 Memaw’s Valentine’s Day Parting Words

Memaw’s Valentine to you is this. Whether you’re heading to work, stopping for flowers, dropping off chocolates, or just driving to see someone smile, be sure to give the road the respect it deserves today. Snow and slick spots are part of winter’s Valentine; slow down, be patient, and spread kindness on and off the asphalt. And if the clouds part tonight, lift your eyes for a little sky magic. It’s a gift.

Stay safe, sweetheart. 💗
