Alaska State Troopers are asking for the public’s help as they search for two men connected to a massive burglary in Ester that resulted in more than $500,000 in stolen property, including gold, jewelry, and firearms.
Benjamin Cross of North Pole is wanted on a $500,000 arrest warrant for burglary, theft, and misconduct involving a weapon. Troopers say Cross may be in the Anchorage area and should be considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach him. Anyone who sees Cross should call 911 immediately.
Gene Utley, also of North Pole, is considered a person of interest in the case.
