⚠️ Memaw’s Snow Globe Smackdown Warning ⚠️

💅 Alright sugar, before you grab those keys, hear this. We are under a Winter Weather Advisory with moderate severity, and winter just rang the bell. The National Weather Service says this storm is the real deal.

Anchorage and the Lower Matanuska Valley can expect 4 to 8 inches of snow, with some spots seeing up to 12 inches. Snow is ongoing through Sunday morning, visibility will drop, and roads will stay snow covered. Travel could be very difficult, especially early and in untreated areas. This is not light sparring, this is a full-on winter match.

Plows will be chasing snowfall, traction will be poor, and rushing will get you pinned fast. Slow it down, give yourself room, and protect yourself at all times. And before the final bell, happy 41st birthday to my boy Randy. Make it home safe and celebrate life like the champ you are! (You can see his photo below).

Memaw hopes you stay safe, stay warm, and celebrate like a true champ once you are back in the house.

Happy 41st birthday, Randy! Memaw wants to remind you that 41 means you are officially seasoned, not old. Like a good cast iron skillet that knows its way around life. You show up, you care big, and you even rock an ugly sweater like a champion. 🏆 Being a great Little League coach, a good man, and still making room for joy says everything that matters. May your day be full of laughs, good food, and absolutely no shoveling unless you choose it. You are deeply loved and wildly appreciated, and Memaw could not be prouder of you. 🥰🎂

Randy shares his Ugly Sweater Day spirit at the Alaska Heart & Vascular Institute, wearing the custom sweater Memaw gave him featuring himself and his dog Ghost in front of their Christmas tree. Festive, funny, and full of heart, just like the amazing Little League coach he is to his girlfriend’s son, Alex.
